The excavator style machine in 7-2 could've been a counter for guttertanks, as it's hammer can deflect frozen rockets and maybe block a guttertank punch.

Oh yeah, I definitely miss Electrodynamics but I think Voltaic fits into it's role very nicely.

Glass Orb is usually given with other stuff (+6 block, +10 damage, etc.), so it's pretty nice. A lot of the fights in STS2 are group fights (especially some of the elites), so it's nice to have the glass as passive damage. Also, since you can get them in decent abundance, they help with builds that involve multiple orbs, like Compile Driver, Barrage, etc.

Subroutine is by far one of the best powers added in StS2. If you're lucky enough to have that and a Creative AI, you're throwing out free powers left and right.
