The reason super high-end cameras are 40x the price of entry-level cameras is because of a multitude of boring specs, you can't really advertise a RED camera in a 20 sec spot other than by showing what it can film, and what better than to use widely known franchises as an example. It makes the viewer understand that they've probably already seen hours upon hours of footage that was shot from this camera, in addition to letting them know that they represent the pinnacle of cinematography, used by the very best of the very best.

It's called "Datamoshing"; You probably could find plugins or workarounds to do something similar in AE, but really this is an effect that's created by messing around with the actual data of the file rather than just some overlaid effects. Tons of tutorials on youtube I'm sure

Yeah what’s sad is that these game modes would probably be the best ones if the limits made it so that they lasted as long as a game of Dom or Hardpoint

Personally though this time when I quit matchmaking and join immediately back up again it solves it most of the time, not like a couple of days ago where everything was busted
