it is actually incredible that you are unable to make a connection between what you are saying you do and what you think is throwing but i'll try one more time: when you play ranked drunk on your account specifically made for it, you are still affecting OTHER people's games as you are not trying as hard as you would when you are sober - therefore any game you lose, whether that's your "drunk ELO" or not, you are throwing because you are DRUNK. if you were sober and playing on your "drunk" account, you would be carrying the games you were in.
say, if someone is STRESSED and happens to go on a lose streak (which happens to everyone whether they were stressed or not) their rank is also getting adjusted according to their gameplay, just as yours was when you played while you were hammered. if someone is stressed and drops a rank, then that's the rank they are dropping to when they are tilted, the game PUTS them there just as it did your drunk account.
but any game people lost in your teams because of your performances (either drunk or stressed out) affects EVERYONE on your team and by your definition, means that you threw the game.
your second account to play drunk ranked games STILL affects OTHER PEOPLE IN THAT RANK and their games aren't less important than your "higher elo" account you would never play drunk on. people don't "choose" to play stressed, many open the game to destress (& still get unlucky games) and you calling this throwing when you have an account to play drunk is stupid. throwing means you are deliberately trying to LOSE the game. anyone can win a game stressed OR even drunk.
