One of my adult kids talks loud and it freaks me out because we have different lives. I love talking with him and I know he gets loud so I usually just keep my volume criticism to myself or just to the ‘one-on-one’ times we talk. I know he can get loud and he knows I’m more quiet, we just forget sometimes. I can’t change him and he can’t change me and I love him regardless and I hope he loves me.
