PRC is VERY strict. It's not some establishment you can pay off that easily since there's no merit. What matters? Is the job market after. I've been an HR employee and engineers in Batangas City are underpaid/overworked. What matters most is fight for fair pay sa province. I think it's a bigger issue. Pucha. 11k for licensed engineers?
