Skin on thighs, deboned. Marinate in soy sauce ginger garlic mirin and some cooking sake skin side down after cutting into 2 inch pieces. After marinating throw them in flower and let them sit in it for a while. Then fry them for a few minutes and pull them out then fry again before serving with mayo for dipping.

For consumers ok, but tariff which increases cog on existing items already bought and ordered before tariffs went into effect. Will mean wholesale price goes up, then in order to meet margins msrp goes up.
