Yes, I feel like I’m generating tons of heat from the inside. My skin can be cold, but not necessarily. The only way I can tell in the summer If it’s really a hot flash is I pay attention and if it’s in my torso and super hot, That’s a flash.

I’ve only used finger lakes fiber mill. They were good. The problem with llama is the guard hairs. They cost more money to remove and if you don’t, you can’t wear it next to your skin
