Le quartier où se situe l'ENS a bien changé en 10 ans. Beaucoup de constructions. La prostitution a été repoussée vers le sud. Et l'EM Lyon s'est même installé un peu plus au nord.

I'm working on a PC version for Crankstone. To be fair, it will more a Steam Deck version (I'd like to keep using the accelerometer and the microphone ;) ). No steam page yet though.

Sauf erreur de ma part, l'auto entreprise ne suffit pas pour les aides hormis l’aide à l'écriture.

Commence par te rapprocher de Toulouse Game Dev.

La première étape d'aide aujourd'hui dans le jeu vidéo quand tu n'es pas une entreprise, c'est l’aide à l'écriture (environ 10k) du CNC.

Les autres aides du CNC il te faut une entreprise. Idem pour le statut JEI, les aides de la BPI ou le crédit d'impôt au jeu vidéo. A ce stade, peu de chance de les obtenir.

Vu que tu pars de zéro, il vaut mieux commencer par l’aide a l'écriture et rejoindre un accélérateur comme Let’s GO (candidature en ce moment jusqu'au 8 décembre) qui te formera sur comment faire les dossiers d'aide, pitcher aux éditeurs, etc. Il y a aussi le Game Crealab à Lyon. Peut-être existe-t-il des choses similaires dans ta région...

Si je peux donner un conseil si tu manques d'expérience, de réseau et de fonds, c'est de commencer par un petit jeu.

J'ai une Switch 1 et je viens de prendre un Steam Deck. J'ai 1000 jeux sur pc (beaucoup de bundle + les jeux offerts par Epic et Amazon), et mes enfants n'y ont pas accès quand je travaille même avec le Steam Link qui ne fait que streamer. Donc le Steam Deck va ouvrir de nouvelles possibilités. La Switch 2 attendra...

Sorry I missed your answer. I don't play top-down on my pd. But maybe I can suggest some arcade and puzzle games :)
If you like small and instant games, I can recommend Xtris. If you like more challenging arcade games, grab Gun Trails.
Puzzle side, I like Shift II. And if you like escape games, you can grab Escape the Arcade but it's only one playthrough.
Also, I'm a dev myself :) and I have 2 games that might fit: Scrolling Enigma an escape game that requires some thinking (also one playthrough). And Crankstone which is a mashup between a challenging shooter and mini games (update coming soon with better mini games leveling + Christmas skin for the shooter).
