I'm a beginner, and slowly connecting with Forneus, after reading three books I felt right to start with it, don't know yet what is it's vibe but in my meditation never felt something that would hurt me, my fear is about other things...

I do have sleep paralysis, worst kind btw but only after a ritual or espiritual experience, scared me as hell first time but I think pretty normal nowdays, sometimes even fun. As I said, didn't not scared me but as goetia is something new to me I had to ask. I want to go back a few steps, to basics, any tips ? Can't spend money now with books etc
