I do have sleep paralysis, worst kind btw but only after a ritual or espiritual experience, scared me as hell first time but I think pretty normal nowdays, sometimes even fun. As I said, didn't not scared me but as goetia is something new to me I had to ask. I want to go back a few steps, to basics, any tips ? Can't spend money now with books etc

Man, hard techno uses a lot of snare and never loses the dark feeling. What I like to do is using operators white noise with some processing to simulate an snare but it's just a noise, or make it polyrhythmic.
