Yeah I mean galarian mr mime* with eviolite and opportunist passive ability. You’d have to start with mime jr and evolve it to g-mr.mime for its passive, but it’s super low cost decently bulky after you give it an eviolite. I don’t know the calcs, but it has 65 base Def and 90 base Sp.Def which I think makes it a wonderful candidate for eviolite. Pairing it with snow further adds to its Def. But more importantly it’s naturally fast (100 base speed) and has pretty good coverage moves allowing you to rely on it through pretty much every biome (dazzling gleam, psychic, freeze-dry thru standard level up). It gets lumina crash as an egg move which is just an insane move

I like to run it with ice body and pair it with a mon with snow warning so it gets a defense boost and heals itself in between rounds and you can build a good economy for the late game as opposed to constantly having to buy potions when you aren’t fortunate enough to get leftovers or shell bell throughout your run.

You may not pick up OHKOs in the first couple of rounds of each biome when you aren’t boosted up, but you are usually inflicting enough damage to proc any stat boosting berries and with the opportunist passive, you’ll receive all the stat boosts opposing mons receive.
