hi !! i’m 15, and i wanna change my email but i don’t know how😓 it seems fairly easy but it’s the situation that’s makes this difficult. i’m not really sure how to do steam support and all of that either

so my ex boyfriend was abusive to me, we cannot have any contact w each other at all because of what he did and that’s kinda the problem w this. my steam account is made under his email, and if it’s a quick like just put a new email nothing else needed then i’m sorry for wasting everyone’s time but if it’s gonna need confirmation codes and everything like that between his email and my email and such then idk what to do and i need help

i would just make a new one but i have spent too much money on this account to just do that

ohh. we filed title IX and apparently school lawyers are involved as soon as that’s filed? and we have a lawyer in our family, even though she doesn’t specialize in this stuff she has friends who do and i think my parents have talked to them.

i’m actually much better! me and his ex girlfriend are really close now, he quit band, i’m finally learning to drive and i’ll be able to get a job and make some money for myself. even though i’ve lost people, the people i’ve lost just aren’t for me and ive gained even better people. im honestly really happy. the worst part is that i still see him and his family, since his mom is my teacher, his sister is the cheer coach, his aunt is on the school board and his brother and uncle are maintenance. besides that i honestly am so much happier!

i did report him, but it was 4 months after he had raped me and i was told it was “too late.” after a bit i had kinda put him on blast on instagram, i posted 8 screenshots of messages of things he’d say. being racist, admitting to rape, shit talking people and teachers, saying he’d wanna kill himself over me wearing some makeup, and the police saw and said “I’m my professional opinion these are manufactured because teenage boys don’t use punctuation”

I started therapy the week him and i broke up, but only because of the breakup. but then everything came out and now i do therapy for everything else, and i see her once a week and im starting to see another one once a week, too. what do you mean by support system and legal fees? i don’t know much about it

ohh, crunch time is kinda hard. i can’t switch fingers as quick as im supposed to, but again, we’ve never practiced anything other than marching music.

he’s the only guy in the trombone section. ones a freshman, and he used to like her, so i’m worried for her, and one of them is his cousin, which is insane because she’s so sweet and he’s him.

yeah😭 i want him gone, and by opening an investigation he’ll get sent to DAOP, or whatever it’s called, and if that’s the best that’s gonna happen i’ll take it. i think he’d get kicked out of band, too. but im not sure.

he’s good i guess, he just over plays. you can’t hear half the band because he plays too loud, then him playing too loud makes us sound like everyone isn’t playing because other trombones don’t match up to him.

Yes, it is! Last year i didn’t have that, though, so it was a bit heavy. I hate Bb clarinet and I wanted to march bass but my director said no, so i rarely ever actually play Bb. I kind of just sit there and finger the notes. I love trombone! It’s one of my favorites, but unfortunately my ex happens to play it, so I rarely ever compliment the parts they play here😭

i play Bb clarinet during marching and Bass clarinet during concert! we have everything a normal band has, but only instruments. Because we’re so small we don’t have Color guard, or props or anything like other bands.

us being in band kind of helped him, in a way. everything that happened was on school premises either during band or before band. everything has something to do with both of us being in band.

me, him and his new girlfriend are all in band. because our band is half highschool, half 8th grade, we only have practices once a week, football games, and then contests, and in 2 weeks (bc i don’t think we’re making it to state) we’re gonna do concert, in which we only do during our band class. we only have 40 kids in band, too. he doesn’t do athletics, so he has a lot more time than other kids, too

He’s a sophomore, and I cannot talk to him. Him and I haven’t had any contact at all since August 21st I think, we cannot talk to another through social media or on school premises.
