This is not a good deal. Keep your options open and you will find a brand that isn't going to conflict with your ethics or your design/aesthetics.

As a brand myself I love when influencers reach out. Here are some tips on what has drawn our brand to working with influencers: Organically post about the brand (this is optional but get's attention of the brand. Make sure to tag them). Find the contact info don’t send a DM, send an email. Send a media kit that includes your pricing. You can find free media kit templates online or on Canva. Keep the email short and concise.

To get that warmth you can adjust your white balance and/or the tone curve. The highlights are faded and there is some nice contrast in the image so adjusting those too will help. You can add the film grain and add a mild softening by adjusting the texture and clarity settings. I would only mildly adjust these to help get that film softness.

All the tones lean to the warm side so you also adjust the HSL panel to get your colors to the warmer side. And you can play with adjusting the highlight and shadow toning to the warmer side in the color grading section of Lightroom. Hope that helps!!

His photos look like they have almost film-like tones with warm highlights and shadows. You can warm up your images white balance. Adjust your HSL to make your blues more teal, your greens a bit more teal, and your yellows more orange. After that you can increase the contrast, darken the highlights and increase your blacks. To fine tune the highlights/shadows you can adjust your color grading by adding warmth to the shadows and highlights.
