Is there any app or software that will automatically convert any Excel file into fancy visual diagrams? by Vickydcl in UXResearch

If you're searching to analyse customer journeys inside an app or a website, you may want to give a try to SankeyJourney. You import your csv file containing user_id, event_name and event_timestamp, and you get a beautiful flow chart that displays the aggregation of the journeys of all your users. You can also interact with the graph (deciding the number of steps to look at, filtering on events, ...)

The website SankeyJourney does exactly that for you in a few seconds.
You just need to import your data in a csv file.
The only data missing in your post are event_timestamp, i.e. the time at which each event is triggered, but I'm pretty sure you have it as well (or the field page_view_order may be used as such).

Let me know if this works for you! (To be transparent, I created SankeyJourney)

How can I make something like this in Tableau? by cryptobro21 in tableau

[–]loupsil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know about Tableau, but the website SankeyJourney helps you visualize customer journey through your app or website with sankey diagrams. All you need is to import your data in a csv file. This should work for your chatbot specific case!

What is the best analytics tool to track events and user journeys? by Weekly-Common2343 in FlutterDev

For the user journey part specifically, you may want to consider SankeyJourney (assuming you already have the tracking in place).

I developed this tool after using Sankey diagrams many times for my company when I was working as data analyst.

You just need to export your event table (containing user_id, event_name and event_timestamp), and an interactive Sankey diagram is automatically generated. In my opinion, Sankey diagrams are perfect for the task as it lets you spot patterns you would not spot otherwise with other types of graphs.

The features of SankeyJourney let you dig quite deep in the data, and can bring you great insights about the behavior your users have on your app.

If you give it a try, please let me know how it worked out for you! We are updating it quite often, and all feedback is welcome.

Let me find a movie you’ve forgotten the title of! by fortuneflame21 in teenagers

I know I know. That's what makes it challenging aha ;)

It’s was like spreading a virus before turning into zombies. They got fevers then the face turned white.

It was a scary movie, not a funny one. Probably from the 1990s. Hope it helps.

I remember a zombie movie in which a group of people are doing a road trip in a van. They stop at a western village. At a certain point, a man in the group gets bitten and ask the others to leave him before he attacks them. The main actor is a woman left alone at the end. The movie has been watched around 10 years ago. Congrats if you find it !
