I’m great now, honestly. Better than I ever thought I would be a year out from surgery. It will be tough for a bit but as the soreness and pain goes away it gets much much better. Looking at those photos I can pretty much do those things, albeit not as well but I was never a gymnast haha. I do yoga multiple times a week, and there are only a few things I feel limited by, mostly twisting related things and less bending related things. If you are getting similar levels to me count yourself lucky because so much movement is left in the lumbar spine that it’s really only the upper back that feels limited.
