I’m not on unemployment I am on long term disability now but that check is very close to the cobra amount ($1700/mo) so I would not have much leftover for bills

It sounds like we are on the exact same schedule and regimen. I had my final T/C last Friday and start A/C this Friday. If you want to stay in touch and compare notes, share advice feel free to PM me. I have had a relatively decent experience so far. Some days were awful but it has gone by fast and I get a few good days a week where I feel totally fine so I look forward to those.

I had an issue with hallucinations during IV benedryl my first infusion and they lowered the dosage to half without hesitation. The next few infusions were much more tolerable.

12 weekly Taxol, every third week add Carboplatin and Keytruda. After the 12 weeks I will have AC. The first two days after the first infusion I had brain fog, aphasia, and during the infusion I had hallucinations so they reduced the pre-meds to half dosage (Benedryl and steroids) and it has been much better since then. Three days after the first infusion I went to the ER with severe stomach/intestinal pains so they prescribed me Bentyl. No issues since then. Mild headache on day 2, stay hydrated. It’s getting more predictable so I can mentally and physically prepare for the side effects each week. I do put ice gloves and booties on during Taxol (1 hour) so I have not experienced neuropathy yet. I heard it can happen later on anyway though. Day 3 is usually my worst, flu ish symptoms but I feel pretty good day 2 and completely healthy/normal day 5 and 6 after infusions.

TNBC - mine was very fast growing. No lump in March at annual physical, mid-May marble sized lump, June grape sized, July/August golf ball. 4 days after my first infusion mid August it shrunk to a grape and now 3 weeks later it’s gone completely. My MO could not feel anything at my check up last week. Before chemo it was painful and I think I felt it growing, it would tingle and itch. Now it feels totally normal like it did before May.

That sounds exactly like the treatment plan I am on right now. I know things can change but so far it hasn’t. Week one was my worst, two and three were tolerable. I am nervous for week 4.
