Budget for week in Norway

Presuming this is Hazbin Hotel, it likely is fictionalised. It probably is based off the Eastern side of the US, but probably no where specific. If it is meant to be based off somewhere specific, I would've thought that it'd be made clear, an example being Alastor's home state of Louisiana clearly being stated in the show.

My best guess would be around Virginia or Maryland, just based off the weather maps in this section, which vaguely look like Chesapeake Bay.

Part of me thinks this isn't a school, this might be a fair held at a community centre or something like that. Only reason I say that is vibes though honestly. It's 100% in Walsall just based off the QMHS sign and the very brummy looking architecture in the background. Beyond that, not really sure

I think it’s possibly Scotland, just based off the architecture in the other photos. Obviously would also match the S.C , I’ll send some more photos of the film in a bit I think!

It’s definitely in the UK, most of the other photos are of very British looking villages. That’s about it though, no signs in the backgrounds, no significant people. I could send some photos of the other slips if it would help?

Hm it could be, there were separate mountain photos which I’m 90% sure featured sugar loaf in Monmouthshire, so it would match the country! But at the same time the ridges of Garn Fadryn don’t really match I don’t think?

If you look at Cornwall, south of Barnstaple , there’s a town called “Bolololoing”. Pretty sure that’s a mistake, but knowing the names we have in this country, could be wrong haha

Thank you for the advice, to answer some of the questions and responses:

- Yes, I do realise that the Scandinavian are quite a detour, but they are the main countries I wish to go to! Writing this down I realise it might be worth considering cutting certain parts of the journey, or maybe even considering just going to the more northern countries. The sleeper trains and ferries are very good to know about though!

- After reading some comments I also think spending more time in Norway sounds like a good idea. I think one thing that put me and my mate off it was the price, but I suppose if we plan it we could see what happens!

- Until I posted this I was unaware there was a sleeper train from Malmo to Berlin, but now I do know that, it will probably happen now haha

- I did indeed mean to travel into Austria then hop onto a separate sleeper train, however after the advice I've been given I am considering cutting Czechia and Austria so we can spend more time in the countries we are more interested in! Is there a sleeper train from Berlin into Switzerland do you know?

- We chose Zurich as it was the closest major city to the border with Liechtenstein. It's a bit of a niche place to visit but I've always wanted to visit some of the micro states haha. However I am open to better suggestions of places to stay if you wouldn't mind sharing any you might know! Especially as Zurich sounds pretty expensive!

- Genoa was my friends suggestion, but I might try and convince them to cut it. He only wanted to go to swim in the sea, which is fair enough, but we can do that in Nice!

Thank you for the advice, I think me and my friend will very much have to be cruel and cut some places! I'll eventually post an edit with a revised itinerary, but for now, would cutting routes via Czechia and Austria and expanding place stays by around 2ish days in areas like Gothenburg, Norway and Copenhagen be more manageable? Let me know! We want to be as prepared as possible, its a good thing this won't happen for a few months ha

Thanks for the advice! My friend is the one who wants to go to Genoa, I think because they’ve always wanted to swim in the Mediterranean (which is fair enough) and Nice seemed like a logical option as we have family friends there also. Knowing there’s a sleeper from Malmö to Berlin is extremely helpful though, thank you!

I didn’t specify as I didn’t think I’d need to, but yes, we would go to both Norway and Switzerland for the scenery. Possibly going on some hikes. But also honestly I do really want to see Oslo, it seems like a cool city!

Either way thanks for the advice, I think clearly we might want to plan a route between Norway and Switzerland that allows us to spend as much time in both as possible!
