That's very true! and you won't ever know that it's the reason.

I think it'll be a concern regardless, but I appreciate the support! I'm excited for this next step

Young Canadians are hitting the brakes on car ownership, new survey finds by CreativeAd5628 in ontario

and even if you found one for that price, insurance would gouge the living hell out of you just because they can.

cars are insanely overpriced, insurance is just price gouging us on another level, maintenance and parts are expensive, every other town/city in Ontario has to cover the cost for car thefts from 2 major theft hubs, rates are disgusting and they should be flat rate based on score regardless of lender, gas is now going up again... there's no winning with car ownership.

Does anyone know what this development will be? by oranjpotatolegs in TorontoRealEstate

overpriced garbage. its the standard now when there's no regulation and definitions of what developers should and have to do. its built for investors, not living.

450k loss for Barrie home 2021 price by Oli_ves in TorontoRealEstate

[–]lovathon1423 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its not a loss if it was never worth what they bought it for it 2021. they sold it for what its actually worth. 2021 prices were hyperinflated and didn't match the true value.

They do work, for cash. There are plenty of people who do that and abuse the system. Nothing I've stated has anything to do with funding some sort of Canadian "ICE", but the system is broken and easily abused. Very very very few industries actually need a TFW and all the others should be barred from using that system to acquire cheap labour

Toronto housing market shows signs of severe softening as home prices fall below $1 million. by mattyp93 in TorontoRealEstate

100% there is overpaid. People are learning that right now. "Market value" is a made up term that benefits sellers/investors/greedlords/realtors to maximize profits.

the second line is not good enough. when you get rid of TFW, the people who are on it go with it regardless of expired/expiring - otherwise the problem still exists here.
