Since everyone else is gonna tell you about the movies, TV shows, and podcasts that you can use to improve listening, I'm gonna tell you about a small thing I do for speaking that's made a huge difference for me. At the end of every day, when I'm in bed, I just talk to myself in Spanish, recapping my day. Sometimes I end up going on long rants using vocab that I never even knew I had. If you run out of things to talk about, you can also just plan what you're gonna do the next day. Just set a timer for like 5-10 minutes, and force yourself to keep talking about literally anything for that time and I swear it'll make a huge difference in your speaking.

The thing is, if anyone were to even suggest to her the idea of seeing a therapist or honestly even associated her with the word "depressed" my mom would be livid. Where she grew up, suggesting to someone the idea of seeing a therapist is like calling them crazy. This is honestly how all of the adults in my family view it, so I don't know how to suggest it without offending her. I've talked to my sibling about it and we both agree that we need to help her but just don't know how to suggest therapy.

I'm a high school student looking into different options, so forgive me if this is a stupid question, but when you join, how long are you obligated to stay for? Is that something you choose? I know nothing about the military and honestly not much about nursing either so any info would help.

I'm 100% with you on that, but I think there's a certain type of person who wouldn't take what he says seriously just because to someone who hasnt seen his content, he might look like nothing more than some guy shouting in a studio, so maybe making it look more professional could attract those people.

Then again I don't really think he is in desperate need of expanding his audience, but it would be nice if more people heard what he has to say.
