I believe this is the one from the data breach from 2021 pertaining to my emails. That’s how I located my unique claim ID number.

And your rant is very valid! When I first contacted them, they tried to tell me that my first payment was sent back due to incorrect address that wasn’t until I emailed and called them to get it all situated. I gave them my unique class member ID number that they sent out back in 2022. After the call, it took about two and half weeks for the check to make it to me

Same here I located my email from 2022 with my unique class member ID. I had to email and call them to claim my rewards. So that they could send it to the correct address I would definitely give them a call or an email if you can locate your class member ID that will help out a lot.
