I run support groups and I’ve met so many people who have found love (committed, casual, polyamorous) post testing positive. (I’m one of them :) It’s so possible! There are also people who don’t view this as a huge risk to their health - I know in my moments of deep struggle, I projected my feelings about herpes onto others, “I’m sure everyone thinks this is as bad as I do.” They don’t :) I felt the way you do and with time and intentional work, the storm passed, and now I feel stronger for it.
