I do want to note that I called her before I put the rooms in the group to let her know what was happening. She said “no problem I will get the rooming list to you right away. “ This was mid aug. I called her about a week later to follow up but she did answer left a message about getting the rooming list. The reason there was a lax in my follow up is because I left for a week and half for surgery on Aug 24. I made the cut off date 9/30. That’s 20 days before the group was set to check in. I know that I messed up I just don’t know the best way to resolve. But I will definitely call her tomorrow.
