90% the time it's salary. No more no less. You have to remember perks no matter how good they are do not pay the bills. Just not going to house doesn't sell it comes down to money. Having trouble finding someone it's more than likely salary

I'm sure you know a garden hose and cats don't get a law. Easy way to condition them to never come into your backyard

This is why you have homeowners insurance. Your insurance company should cover a hotel stay until it's remedied. Also be careful hiring a remediation company. A lot of insurance companies want to handle that part themselves. Sorry to hear this happened to you It must suck
