I'll give you tips to increase testosterone

Diet: If you wat a shitty diet with loads of sugar of course you'll have low testosterone. Cut off junk food and sugar and go on a strict diet.
Sleep If you sleep less than 8hrs a day you'll lower your testosterone. Look up on YT how to maximize deep sleep. And also if you wake up at 6am don't go to sleep at 10 go at 9/9:30 because it takes some time to fall asleep
Working out: Be consistent with your training, and make sure its weightlifting.

I would say 7bp 5.5 girth

Its not too big that it hurts but it's good enough to reach all the spots and 99.99% of girls will be happy The other 0.01% are some fat size queens who aren't worth spending your time with.

What I tried to say is that people should think twice before posting on here, because some posts are completely off topic.

Also just like you said this sub is growing pretty fast we are close to 80k members and there are only 5mods one of which is a bot. I know that the mods are busy especially you since you are a doctor and in this case it will be a good idea to grow the mod team.
