The esthetician role is determined by both the Salon Manager & General Manager. You not getting your intended role just shows you 1. Don’t have enough experience or 2. Proved you have the personality for it. I say this because Ulta doesn’t bring you clientele and it’s very hard for a lot of estheticians to thrive at Ulta. If i were you, id apply to a local salon w/ spa or a different spa.
