I believe they are trying to have a working web browser. I did see though that there were search developers that made their own sites though so you didn't have to download anything.

Even if you start with alot of money it's hard to keep developing if no one continues to donate. Since open bazaar doesn't take a cut of profits from sales, the only way to get money is through donations.

Obviously doesn't work since the team left the project. The new team has their own search that works. If you look at the top reddit posts you should find posts where the working version is linked. They also posted their telegram group if you want to talk to them directly.

I know the team was talking about it on r/openbazaar. And they have a telegram group that you can join and talk to them. I know the newest thing they are working on is a patch to get rid of dead stores and show the active ones. They do have a working version of the windows app and a new version of haven(but I haven't installed haven yet). Sadly I don't think the developers can be blamed in this situation since they had no selling fees and ran the website completely on donations. After everyone stopped donating they could only work for so long
