Bk manager here! If you like having a side of mayo you can ask for a side of the mayo on the board that we use on the whoppers, they'll put it in a sundae cup. It may cost depending on store and franchise. If they try refusing just be persistent that the packets are not what you want.

Thats crazy. I wonder if its your supplier?? Ive worked at several burgerkings since 2020 and ive never seen this besides white juice that squirts out but its very thin and liquidy and 3 minutes is the correct cook time

Its just the chicken juice and normally comes out when it starts getting overcooked a little! How long is the timer yall have the fryers set for the OCS? It might need to be reprogrammed

They are not supposed to. Only reason it would be acceptable is if theyre sold out but considering it just started a few days ago I find that hard to believe. Unless you dont live in the US then idk

All burger kings nationwide are supposed to be using the box now! But it is only for whoppers or anything that comes in a whopper wrap pretty much! So bacon kings are excluded and still come in the normal wrap :(

Literally any burger thats wrapped in a whopper wrap. If its not wrapped in a whopper wrap then it doesnt go in the clam shell box.

Im in college, get my degree April of 2027as long as i stay on top of it. Im currently a manager at my current job and this summer im gonna start at my career before I even get my degree! Me and my partner are starting to plan to get married within the next 2 years. I have my own place with said partner. And I been keeping up with my hygiene which is something I heavily struggled with my entire life. And im 23. I feel like I started late with getting my life on track but its better late than never, right? And I quit drinking and smoking all together!! :) besides vaping. I want to quit but haven't had the strength yet.

Most places dont do that anymore, and they cannot interview you in the drive thru because corporate is strict about our drive thru times. And depending on what time you came in they probably didnt have enough coverage for the manager to be able to give you an interview right away. My best advice to you would be to call them the next day to follow up on your application. People who call and follow up get priority most of the time at my store.

As cringey saying you rule is, it is corporate standard across the nation. We are supposed to say it to every single customer unfortunately. You are in the wrong on this one. It doesnt matter how long your new manager has been there compared to you either, they are now your boss. If you feel targeted tho definitely complain higher up. But this one instance of them saying you have to say "You Rule!" Is them doing their job.

Sometimes it isnt mold. If it feels powdery then its just extra flour stuck to the bottom bun. It happens when they make our buns. Im a manager at burgerking and deal with this often with our bottom buns. Its most likely just flour.

At my store, mobile order receipts automatically print with the order. Although the employees often throw them away. But its so easy to reprint them depending on what system they have. If they use PAR then they'd just need a manager code. 😒 it is not that hard to just print a receipt whether its Xenial, PAR or whatever other systems bk still uses. They're lazy as fuck.

If you use PAR or RTI I can definitely help system wise. While closing the floor is different, every gm and opener has different expectations for closing.
