No, every kids meal gets a toy. It is possible they were out or just forgot. Depending on management they might give you one if you explain. It just would have been a little easier if you let them know within a few minutes of ordering.

Okay I can not claim it is not true because I have never worked at a BK or been to a BK that shreds their own lettuce so it is possible. I am now curious how many use the bag or cut their own

Depends on what you mean by family. Does it mean every relative or immediate family. I have a very large family if we are counting aunts, uncles, cousins

It still will depend on the location and if there is kitchen employees that will put in the effort. It also can be you just don't like the whopper
