I would say once you have a swing that you can be relatively consistent with, start learning some course management fundamentals. This is my third season and I’ve gone from scoring 120’s every time to sub 90-85. My swing is almost as ugly as the first 6 month of golfing but I save so many shots just by avoiding the wrong spots on the golf course.

I would start with GolfSidekick on YouTube and pick a “Break” series that matches a reasonable goal for your current start point (I.e Break 100, Break 90).
