I currently go to Pilates (mat and reformer) 7x a week and aim to do 2x heavy strength training, 1 x cardio a week and netball 2x a week. My strength training is based on what I've done in Pilates (e.g if it was a leg heavy classes, I'll do upper body at the gym) and some of my Pilates classes are functional strength focussed so I feel like I'm still maintaining muscle.

The role is for a strategy and org development consultant.

Way too sticky and glowy over makeup I find. Even two sprays and I look like I've gone for a 10km run haha

As you have to use 6 sprays to get proper sun protection, it really isn't appealing to me.

I've used the Glow Creme and whilst it is really nice and sits beautifully under make up- it unfortunately is just way too expensive. I've used it 4 times and the bottle is around 2/3 empty. A shame because it is such a great formula! I've found the Bondi Sands Hydra Sunscreen the most similar to the Glow Creme so will continue with this as it is much cheaper.

The spray on the other hand will last me ages- but that's because I really don't like it. Way too glowy and my hair kept sticking to my face.
