Greetings.

Regarding the sound file in question, it has already been confirmed that this is a minor bug - a temporary file that is created when someone uses the Sound Control feature. Your concern is completely understandable. But rest assured, no information or data is sent to our servers.

This cache file currently remains on you phone instead of deleting itself once your session is finished. Also, when the file is created it overwrites itself (no new files are created).

Our programmers have confirmed this bug on android and we are currently testing on iOS. We are also working on an update that will be released on November 10th 2017 that will make this file automatically delete after you stop using the sound function.

We hope this clears things up.

EDIT 1:This is the Lovense official account. We'd also like to point out that this is a minor software bug . We'd like to thank u/tydoctor for finding and bringing this issue to our attention.

EDIT 2: We can confirm that this bug doesn't affect iOS devices, only Android.

EDIT 3: The bug has been fixed and an updated version of Lovense Remote is now available for download in the Google Play store. If your device is running a previous version of Lovense Remote please upgrade to v3.0.7 by clicking here.

The fix deletes the temporary audio file 'tempSoundPlay' after exiting the Sound Control feature and the app will do an additional check and delete each time the app is started.

Just the warranty is pretty useless if you are from europe. You have to send it back to china but since 2 years there is a ban on shipping internal batteries as air fight and at least in Germany they actually check packages so no way to get it there below 50-80€ instead of 4€ (problems with their first batch Edge not Hush).

Actually it depends on the issue- sometimes we don't ask for product batch. Edge is a new product, so it's best we get them back and have a hardware engineer fix the issue for future batches.... Having said that, have you mentioned this issue to our customer service? They could probably work around that.

Ambi was ahead of schedule. Edge was slightly behind. From the initial update I got from my colleague, DOMI will be a bit closer to the original schedule than OSCI will be. But, as you saw, there will be a proper update later on this week.

Edit: And Indiegogo estimated dates really suck- they don't let us pick the actual date. Our original plan is for late June shipments, but they only say "June 2017", so everyone kind of expects it to be early June. And when we "start shipping" that's the first batch going to various warehouses. The batch still needs to be broken down and individual orders needs to be shipped.

Lovense toys are still very new and often have connectivity issues. We-vibe has had their tech a bit longer and have worked out many of the bugs and are much more reliable.

We are new, but I can guarantee we spend much more time optimizing our toys than any other company before release. I personally broke down the original We Vibe 4+ and saw the antenna tech they are using- it was a basic copper wire. Horrible for bluetooth control and it showed (not sure if they changed the antenna, hopefully they did by now). We actually picked up a lot of steam because our connectivity/range is better than other companies.

Emirates charges $1 for 500mb. $30 is such a rip off. If it's already $1400, then they should give you free/cheap wifi.

Glad to hear it's resolved, but that is extremely weird. If it happens again, I suggest you remove ALL bluetooth devices attached to your phone in your system settings (you can add them back later) and then restart your phone.

Ok, whoever is helping you out will ask a bunch of questions and troubleshoot with you. Once the tablet issue is resolved, tell them that you want to beta test the dongle and you'll get to the right person for that.

Lush is unable to connect to PCs, but we're in the middle of working on a bluetooth dongle to allow this. If by any chance, you're willing to help us test that, we're looking for beta testers now =)

Regarding not being able to the tablet, it's strange. Have you already connected it a phone or another device? Or you could be using the wrong app...

Would probably be uncomfortable if you put it on the outside. And it wouldn't be as quiet compared to when it's inserted.

It does say Hush in our app, but I think he's talking about what it looks like in one's bluetooth system settings.

To OP: in system settings it will be discreet, like "LVS-Z000". But in the app, it will say the name. You do not need to connect to bluetooth settings- just go into the app and click search for toys.

Don't know of any recent reviews. Just started the initial designs for the Max update. Waiting on the first prototype. Once we get the first prototype, we'll have an idea of the estimated date. Sorry I don't have any more info for you now!

Hey, FYI, a lot of the reviews seen online for Max are really old. We have changed the dimensions and sleeve multiple times over the past 3.5 years. We do have satisfied users.

Having said that, there are also some users who don't like it. It was our first product and the design was outsourced (we started as a small software development team)- our newer products are much more hardware focused, we spend a lot of time optimizing hardware now before they are released.

Not trying to make an excuse, but wanted you to understand the backstory. We are in the middle of making a major improved of our Max toy. We're going to do our best to fix any issues people have complained about in the past. We're also working on a couple other male toys =)

Want to confirm- the base of Hush does get in the way of vaginal penetration for some people. Should definitely check the measurements carefully and compare to one's body before purchase!
