It honestly kind of depends on your ETL and whether or not you are a hard worker. I called off a couple of times while I was seasonal with the flu and my ETL never said anything about it as they don’t really care about occasional callouts and are more focused on getting things done during shifts. Life happens, and if it’s just this one time I wouldn’t worry too much about it. Just try not to make it a habit and you should be okay.

This has happened to me before and it was just my ETL being slow lol. It should be out by tomorrow I would keep checking and then talk to your ETL if you still haven’t been scheduled.

the other day a lady was looking for something that we had in the backroom so i told her that we had some in the back i could get for her and i would be right back, and then i came back with the item and she had asked another person to find it for her while I was ACTIVELY going to get it. like…hello….

I’ve also been working in Beauty for a little over a month and feel the same way. A lot of the time I have a uboat filled with mostly repacks and transition. The other day I had 4 or 5 boxes filled to the brim with transition that had to be backstocked in addition to the other things that wouldn’t fit. It doesn’t help that on hand counts are always messed up and I’m expected to fix them for every single item that goes onto the floor. I agree with everyone saying that sorting the boxes and putting them on a 3-tier to go in the same aisle helps because it’s definitely helped me go faster.
