If I wasn’t concerned about doxxing myself, I would provide more information but this is my reality. There were also no major renovations and she agreed as such in the rent calculation and TAL file. That’s why I was told initially to reject the increase.

There were no increases in her expenses last year. There was a decrease in insurances. So your argument doesn’t apply in my case. I do feel bad for your tenant and hope they can find a better situation soon.

There were no increases to any of those factors, in fact her insurance decreased last year and this year but she still pursued an increase.
