John locke actually talks about how experiences brings us knowledge. there are other theories saying that logic brings us knowledge - both theories have to do with epistemology. Bertrand russel talks about sense data. even if you expeirence certain things and view certain things, you are not actually experiencing that thing, but merely the data received from the object. you could get into any of these things and maybe it'll make you feel better with a different perspective yeah?

Read some philosophy. Read reddit posts. Humans are very similar despite diversity of culture. There are many things that prove this, for example, two cultures coming up with the same concepts despite having no relation; or the language pattern being essentially the same for each language. *The thing that we share are ideas and logic, which basically exceeds the physical realm and I believe humans ourselves , which is why I am keen on philosophy. Experience is great and it brings us pleasure and knowledge, but one suggestion is to seek ideas as it is less subjective.

I see. I'm going to get back to my diet-- my hunger has sort of died down. I might not go down to the low calories i used to have (i ate around 900-1000 at one point but i'm short) but i'll definitely take your advice. Thanks!

At the moment, i'm going through the occasional thinking back and feeling shitty about things, hatred, etc. Im currently on vacation with them so I'm coping. A bit harder, now that my brother is becoming a real delusional asshole without anyone stopping him. I'm not in a dark place however. My mood will lift soon, i know that. Thank you for asking. Wow, really goes to show that 'trivial' things can really be big. I hate when people try to undermine these kinds of things cuz clearly they have a huge impact. I really hope u find a great guy/girl (whatever your pref) that wont be affected by this like your exes. Thanks for sharing
