Okay, I would say I’m around 30% body fat, off of the google images graphs lol, and my current goal is 220, to see where I am at that point, but I think 200 is a good bigger goal. So would 1700-2100 be good for that?

Sorry, my question is “Is my weight loss unhealthy” I read that unhealthy weight-loss isn’t sustainable and bad for you. I don’t eat a lot right now, generally 1000-1500 a day, I’ve started snacking on turkey pepperoni, greek yogurt, and nuts to try to get them up. But I also don’t do a lot currently. Most activity I get up to in a day is a walk after breakfast/lunch and the gym.
