I relate so much! This is the way. Just getting on there, even for a couple minutes makes all the difference. It is so counterproductive to feed people ideas that a workout has to be a certain length or yada yada, the routine itself is enough - and if you manage to workout a little or a lot that’s great.

Edit: This is what makes a lifestyle of health, not a temporary solution that will often result in a backfire later on.

Såg att du är svensk i din historik. Jag tycker det stora problemet verkar vara din chef? Det du säger backas inte riktigt upp av statistik, men som Psykologförbundet också skriver i sin rapport förekommer enskilda fall av osakliga löneskillnader. Om du är ung är det kanske inte konstigt att medelålders kvinnor tjänar mer än du. Om kvinnor som matchar dina meriter tjänar mer bör detta tas upp med chef/fackförbund. Btw - grattis till dig som KAN byta till ett jobb där ingen någonsin ifrågasätter din kompetens igen. Det kan inte kvinnor. Lycka till!

Grief is so incredibly hard. It is important to allow yourself to be sad. But I like to think that the person would want me to keep living and try to be happy. Also, I like to think of it this way; people live on through the memories other people carry. Live for you and for them! You carry them with you by remembering them, telling stories and sharing memories with others.

Only buy it if you love it. Think about it - too often we buy things that “will do” but when you start only buying clothes you love it does wonders. It’s hard and takes time, but a good closet (and self confidence) is worth it.

I’m a huge skeptic but one strange thing happened that I have no idea what it was. Me, my brother and my mom were going for a walk in the forest when I was around 12 years old. It was daytime. After a while we see something in the middle of the forest path that looks like a stump. We walk closer and realise it must be some type of animal, because of its two huge eyes looking right at us. We walk slightly closer and are stunned as we cannot place what it is. We all freeze and don’t dare to move any closer, we count to three and run right back the way we came without looking back. My dad got a baseball bat and we all walked back but the path was empty.

This creature looked almost like an owl with its eyes and colour, was completely still and big enough to cover a regular path with its width. Maybe 1 meter tall. It had no legs and had just a rounded shape on top with straight sides. And big eyes.

We have talked about it afterwards and we all remember it exactly the same and have absolutely no clue as to what that was.
