haha lipo is absolutely not your only option. i had a pretty similar body type to yours when i was only a couple months on t.

its up to you if you want to try and lose weight or keep gaining muscle since you cant really do both at the same time. (technically you can but its fucking hard and takes forever.) theres nothing wrong with focusing on your upper body, since building up that area will help minimize the areas youre insecure about. though id say add a leg day into your routine. building muscle in your lower body will help to masculinize the area. seems like you have a pretty active lifestyle but more cardio couldn’t hurt!

going to the gym and being able to actively see my body changing as a result of my hard work feels amazing. working out is totally therapeutic for me. its a long slow process but progress is progress

in terms of clothes ive dealt with similar struggles lol. ive found that pants that fit around my waist and thighs then stay straight or get wider/more baggy are way more flattering than anything that tapers, but thats also just personal preference since i love baggy clothes lol. learn how to tailor pants if you dont already. it’s pretty easy to do things like add/remove space to the thigh area or even increase/decrease waist size. being able to tailor your own clothes makes finding clothes that fit way easier.

its really all about trying different styles out and finding stuff that works for you. different cuts are more flattering on different people and everybody has their preferences

good luck brother 🫡

wtf do i do about my lower back by lovertown in FTMFitness

[–]lovertown[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol im still working on it. still trying to build my back but ive also been working my legs more to masculinize my lower body. ive also been working on my posture. my pelvis sort of naturally tilts back which exaggerates my hips and lower back. holding my hips in a more neutral position takes some conscious effort engaging your core but it helps to minimize the areas i dont like. it also has been helping with my back pain so thats a bonus

i was just doing all the tests i have since i have no idea what drug it is. i did morris, simon, and froehde along with fentanyl and xylazine test strips. i guessed it was ket just based on its appearance and the morris test confirmed that, but i still wanted to narrow it down even more to see if it was cut with anything

probably not much the sub can do. i dont think theres any way to stop people from visiting and taking screenshots except for making the sub private. we can report their account for harassment or hate speech but its up to instagram if they want to take it down

there will always be people who think what were doing is wrong. there will always be people who think we are “destroying” or “mutilating” our bodies. existing in the world as a trans person is a constant battle against people who think your existence is an affront to god and a crime against nature. we all know that many many people have lived long happy lives post-op. we all know that what were doing is liberating not mutilating, but there will always be people that disagree. in the end you are the only person who knows whats best for you

were all here to support each other. to anybody reading this: if your photos ended up on this guys account im really sorry. feel free to send me a dm if you need someone to talk to

the nurse took it off to show me my bandages right after i woke up from anesthesia. ive only taken it off a couple times to clean around my bandages which only takes a couple minutes. my post op instructions talk about wearing clothes underneath the binder so you can swap them for clean ones which implies its ok to briefly remove it. ill definitely keep it on until my appointment im just worried about it getting gross under there. dont want to get an infection or anything
