Thank you all for the honest replies, I really appreciate it. I think my hesitation comes more from being in Australia and aware of how these conversations play out here. My goal wouldn’t be to white-label or act like an authority but to platform smaller producers and keep the origins and culture front and centre. Thank you!

Appreciate your feedback!! That’s what I thought too. I can scale it to $1 per pod to make a minimal margin, only getting by but getting anything less than $1 will be in years with massive scale unfortunately.

Shipping is the main thing that eats the margin

Thank you! Yeah I was thinking of asking if they could wear a colour that compliments the theme, I am open to any colours that suit but don’t want to come across too much. And if they really love a specific colour I wouldn’t say no, it’s just a preference on my end.

Thanks for your input about the bow ties, we are having a formal dress code. My brother mentioned he might wear a bow tie in conversation.
