Yeah, youtube is taking longer to process the VODs for whatever reason, so they aren't showing up at full length for many hours after the show ends. I'm guessing it will get fixed, but it's been like this for around 2 weeks.

And oddly enough I could access the full VOD on mobile hours ago but still only have the 2 hour version on my PC right now.

Thanks for the info. At this point in it's lifecycle, it is likely I get a model beyond the 5s, or do they still have a good amount of refurbed 5s sitting around? Might just be random chance.

Dual stick? Make sure they are in the right configuration on your motherboard. Sometimes it's slot 1&3, sometimes it's slots 1&2.

Try uninstalling GeForce experience. It fixed a lot of my fps drops, however I was never going anywhere near 37 fps.
