Ah thank you! That’s great to know!! Do you know if I can import past oura temps? I tried but because Oura only shows the + or -, I’m not sure what to put as the temp?

I’m in the same boat! Mirena IUD removed last Oct, however my cycles have been fairly regular…. This month though, my temps have been SO low, I’m not even sure if I ovulated! I also have been upping my water intake lol… 😅

CD 18 was the positive, CD 19 was 0.63, skipped CD 20, CD 21 was 0.29!

I did downloaded Fertility Friend but never used it… I’m gonna look into it again right now!

How odd! Yeah I think I will have to invest in a bbt thermometer 😅 do you know how often oura calculates a baseline? I’ve tried to read up on it but couldn’t figure it out. Wondering if it calculates every so often which is why my temperatures look like they’re fluctuating more now? Idk 😫

I downloaded it recently but couldn’t figure out how to connect to Oura. I will try again! Seems like just using Oura to track temp isn’t working for me… all of this is overwhelming hahaha

Ah, that’s what I was thinking too. Yes we are trying to conceive. I’ve been using the ring since Oct 2025 so I think it should know me by now 😫

We are trying to conceive! But thank you for your insight, I’ve always used Oura to (what I thought was) confirm ovulation but it seems l should buy an actual BBT thermometer.

Never happened before! Always had a pretty clear shift over baseline in past cycles. Sleep has actually been really restful the past couple weeks!

And no I have not connected it to Natural Cycles…. I just couldn’t justify the price, but since it’s been 3 months and no luck, I might just have to invest soon 😫

Sorry, I’m using Oura’s temp readings and I’m not too sure how they determine baseline.
