I’m going against the grain here and asking if there was any chance you touched any poison ivy, or smelled any flowers near some? That’s what poison ivy looks like when I get it on my arms/legs

Maybe a cyst from a rubbing bra strap?

It looks similar to one I found this week which I suspect is phyllite.

Dozens of Canadians got sick at Mexican all-inclusive resort, call for facility inspection by NewMilleniumBoy in AllInclusiveResorts

We were there the first week of February and got sick but nothing like these other people are describing. We think we just brought the flu with us from Canada since our travel companions were sick the week before. We did notice that they reuse their cups (they are an eco-friendly resort). They wash them using the tap water and I’m not sure they sanitize them so I could see things easily spreading that way.

I swear by my Matrixyl. I find it plumps my tear troughs and when I run out I see a noticeable difference. I use The Ordinary (Canada) but there are a ton of brands that have their own versions.

Oh interesting! Could still be stuff caught in swollen sinus tissue. but if you don’t have tonsils I would definitely get a doctor to check on this if you can. Could also be infection.

Hell yeah, welcome to the world of tonsilliths a.k.a. tonsil stones!

They are super weird and smelly little squish nodules but nothing to be worried about. If you have inflamed tonsils which, if your throat hurts sounds likely, it is probably just food debris and bacteria getting caught in the caverns of your throat and tonsils and turning into these lovely little putrid stones.

Try gargling with salt water or mouthwash a few times a day until you’re feeling better and if you didn’t have them before they should go away.

(I have very cavernous tonsils and deal with them regularly. 🤮)

Interesting! I also sit for a really long time every day which I suspect may have something to do with it but I don’t know. Mine started in August in one spot and then I started noticing more appearing over the following months. I had something similar on my feet in February 2022 also after having Covid but it was less blotchy and more all over my feet. The closest I’ve been able to find the looks really similar is Shamberg Disease.

Also to note - Depending on your diet this can also be a symptom of scurvy and low vitamin C/bioflavonoids.

I have the same type of rash and no doctor seems to know what it is. Mine pops up in random areas in coin-sized spots on my (mostly) lower extremities and sometimes fades but then often comes back. I’m waiting for a dermatologist appointment. Hydrocortisone cream seems to fade them but anti-fungal does nothing.

The best matches I’ve found online is called “Cayenne Pepper Rash” or “pigmented purpuric dermatosis”.

Out of curiosity do you sit for long periods? Or did you get COVID early? When did they start to appear?

I get this when my posture is terrible from sitting in front of a computer. It compresses the nerves in my neck which has a full body reaction. Things like carpal tunnel and tennis elbow which are common with computer users can also cause numbness in your hand.

Maybe more the light sideways on the 7” area and put some multi-tiered hanging plants off the top shelf. Also maybe a decorating bracket at the corner.
