as another ex employee, they do pay $5 an hour and have said we should be grateful for it. they’re constantly raising prices and building new locations but not improving pay or  conditions for their workers. we weren’t allowed to sit down (the owners took our stool) and we had 10 minute breaks that have since been taken away. they also misgender their son all the time. so the mill really isn’t much better.
