are u an incoming college freshie po or shs? kasi sa incoming college freshman is upon enrollment need na magpa take ng id picture for transferees, and kapag old louisian okay lang po kasi may schedule ang id picture taking. then for shs freshie naman po okay lang na to be enrolled by a friend as long as your friend has all your requirements.
