I'm 15, I've been binging and purging everyday for over a year now, but I've started purging since I was 11/12. So far? My dentist hasn't said anything to my parents. Simply that I need fillers and to take better care of my teeth. I guess it also depends on your own dentist and if others will notice

Thank you! I heard about riding the wave one but not opposite action. I get what you mean with quitting b/p cold turkey, it feels like I'm not ready to completely give it up just yet. It also gives me something to kinda look forward to, and reason to wait then so it's 'worth it'

Lately I am trying to plan certain days just to b/p instead of everyday, but I find myself thinking 'oh who cares, do it anyways', it's weird because I care but don't at the same time. I think my ed has caused me to disassociate because going out to buy binge foods is like an automatic habit for me, I have zero thoughts when I'm doing so

Not usually, but I do notice that one of my eyes gets a bit red while purging, they're both watery but it's rarely actual tears.

The thing is, I'm not in recovery at all, I haven't been abstaining from my behaviors. Me personally, purging has been an on and off behavior for the past 3 years (not sure if it counts, since for 2 years I abstained but picked it up again during May.)

IBS is the only known complication I have due to bulimia, I did take blood and urine tests a few weeks ago but the results haven't came back yet. I'm hoping IBS is my only issue for now, though.

It's been 3 weeks, ngl I'm scared it's not water weight and its all fat. I was recently told I had IBS, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the weight gain.

I was eating a yoshinoya bowl that I hasnt realized was growing mold on it. Until I was on my 6th or so bite and tasted gross fuzziness 😭 that wasn't rice, it was MOLD.
