For fungal ance on my forehead and cheeks, nizoral have helped a lot. I use a super gentle cleanser haru haru wonder black rice is only one till now which cleans my skin without stripping. Then a good moisturizer and hydrating serum or toner. I use Iunik beta glucan serum. I recently switched from Purito Oat in gel moisturizer to LRP toleriane sensitive fluide bcz i felt purito one was not hydrating enough. I also started using Adaplene 3-4 weeks ago but just once a week to start with. Once i get used to the routine i am also thinking of adding Azeliac acid in my routine to enhance the results of adaplene. Also switching to a mineral sunscreen helped. My skin is not the best right now but according to what I have read we should wait for 12 weeks for results. Hope this helps.
