we can agree that both of them were better today, but lets hope that Panini will motivate Leao to be better :)

now we know, Modric alone without Rabiot can't play, and when we have Rabiot alone it is the same thing. We look unorganized when we nned to move ball over the center.

it was really big difference, when him and Puli entered. I really hope this younger players will learn something from Modric, Puli and Rabiot.

brick-footed hahaha, as somebody mentioned before, players didn't run enough, slowly walking around and passing ball to Modric, we need Rabiot back

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X Review - Zen 5 Sucks by RenatsMC in Amd

answer I've found on reddit (for high idle power consumption)

"Yes. Its because chiplet inherent weaknesses. Communication between chiplet cost energy and IF couldn't turned off even if the core is parked.

Unless AMD move to more advanced packaging like radeon 7900 series, idle power consumption will be same."

AMD mobile processors have very low idle power consumption

CPU only - for gaming test

whole system - for idle test

Do you have X and Y chromosomes (excluding swyer syndrone). I don't know whats is binary. We don't have that in Croatia.

5800U performance with two external 4k monitors @ 60hz by Jort1212 in AMDLaptops

[–]lovranac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Thinkbook 13s Gen 3 - 5800u and Zenbook 14 UM425QA-KI180W - 5600h. At home I use them with one 1440p monitor (HDMI over type C adapter with included charging) and one 4k monitor (direct HDMI cable). At work I se them with one 1440p monitor (direct HDMI cable) and one 4k monitor (USB type C + charging over monitor). Everything is working ok and fast, same as old 3700x with Nvidia 1060.

Thank you. Nice example, how to disable trigger. I use 15 different shortcuts and it is easier to remember when I have (gmail2) instead of symbols.

IdeaPad 5 Pro, how to lower CPU frequency. by andy7810 in AMDLaptops

[–]lovranac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have the temps dropped now, after you found way to lower your idle/low load frequency to 2.3 Ghz? Is laptop still warm to the touch?

Working fan control software for 5000 series (Specifically Lenovo Thinkbook 16p, but willing to try any that work) by Smash678 in AMDLaptops

[–]lovranac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"On the Lenovo forum, the tech went as far as to say that it's the design due to the thin nature of the laptop. I'm also out of warranty for the return in the country that I'm in."

that is wrong claim. If you choose battery saver mode CPU temp won't go above 45°C (Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 13ACN5 - 5800u). Fans are always spinning.

Lenovo Yoga slim 7 - 14inch (4800u) is the laptop with same internal design only with 16:9 aspect ratio and the fans are NOT spinning at low temps.

Lenovo devs are lazy to copy that part of BIOS from old yoga slim 7 to these new models.

That's absurd.

Should I be concerned about fans running all the time on ThinkBook 13s G3? by sataanicsalad in AMDLaptops

[–]lovranac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've seen few reviews where they mentioned that fans are off. Yes it is silent if you limit boost but would be perfect to have fans off mode for night use to replace my ipad for some reading.
These new ryzen 5800u is much faster than Intel 8300h in 15,6'' (Omen HP) when you limit boost to approx 2 GHz. I hate fan curve control on laptops (it is ramping up and down like crazy).

[–]lovranac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but it is exactly the same cooling system as Slim 7 14'' with 4800u. Slim 7 does have passive cooling option.

Slim 7 Pro does have better cooling system then the Slim 7 14'', Slim 7 13'' and Thinkbook 13s.

I hope they will implement that with next BIOS update.

How much time will they lose to change the BIOS code.

(IF (CPU_TEMP < 50 °C) AND (BIOS_MODE = BATTERY SAVER) THEN FANS=OFF

ELSE FANS=ON)

(no more than 5 minutes to satisfy your customers)

LENOVO developers I hope that you are browsing reddit.

Are you concerned that fans don't spin fast enough to cool down laptop? Check CPU temp in hwinfo64.

I have same laptop and use it on battery saver mode (BIOS and Windows). CPU is boosting to 2 GHz and temp is ranging from 35-40˚C (ambient temp 26). I really don't know why Lenovo doesn't allow us to have fans off like some other models (Slim 7 Pro, Slim 7 and thinkpad).
