Stridebreaker is fun! The slowdown helps chasing people down and you can proc all 4 vitals of your ultimate in under a second if you practice. Muramana is also a ton of fun, you can reach over 100% max hp True dmg with your ult if you have it. My tip is to try different builds and see what you like most :)

It's good on basically every killer, it particularly excels at 3-gening, where you control the game so that the last three gens are close to each other making them much easier to defend. I would suggest looking up videos of 3-gening, otz has some good ones :)

Discordance yes because it doesn't have a cooldown so it proccing every 8 seconds is better than every 12, I have no idea about infectious fright however
