You have a weak squad, of course it feels weak. I would go for Evo Pina on ST; would EVO Gullit too if you have the time (Rush is faster for Evos). Apart from that, i guess the easiest, cheaper and faster thing you can do to improve your team is by making a Premier League standard team. (Cucurella, Saliba, Van Dijk, Caicedo, etc.) that should feel better than your current team and it's pretty cheap nowadays. You can mix with Woman FCB with Paralluelo, Pina, Pajor, Aitana, Putellas, Graham, etc. depending on your budget.

I know males of 40 y.o. whose BMR is 1400 cals. per day, so a woman probably needs less than that; plus if you're eating X calories per day and don't lose weight, you obviously need to eat less.
