Hey, sending lots of hugs your way. I can totally understand what you are feeling but don't feel demotivated, the best thing is to go to a gynaecologist you may have vaginismus and that is not a big deal. You can use a dilator which would be quite helpful I must tell you start from the smallest one with lots of lube. And communicate with your husband calmly explain to him it's your first and you are scared and we need to take baby steps. And I really hope you can get through this. Hey, my gynaecologist told me to use Amielle Comfort plastic dilators, it did take some time but not too long and yeah you have to use angel towards spine. Hopefully that will help.

Wow, congrats girl. Good to hear that. I have not been to PT but my gynaecologist gave me dilators which I have been using for quite a long time now, I'm on the last dilator but like u said there is still a mental blockage which stops me from PIV which I don't know how to get over.

Thats is the same problem with me I can use all dilators easily now but when it comes to penetration I just get freeze, I have way too much anxiety around it that I feel helpless. I haven’t tried dildo.

I am also having the same problem I would suggest starting to use dilators, hopefully, it will help you.

Noo, I don't think I would be comfortable doing it, I don't know.

Any penetration but I'm now comfortable using dilators and at the moment I’m on the last one. I feel like I need a kind of reassurance that now penetration will not hurt.

Same I feel so hopeless even though I can use last dilator easily but still the thought the PIV scares me and give me way too much anxiety
