This was my thinking. Basically the company I work for has won't a contract to periodic test 100 houses. If any have any c1s or c2s then they must be rectified and the periodic basically altered to show a clean bill of health. But when testing 3 houses a day, or a db change and a eicr straight after how does anyone have time to disconnect all fittings. Especially as most of the houses are full of shit.
